Our Founder

Since I was a kid I’ve been fascinated by how entrepreneurs can create something phenomenal from nothing. I didn’t know how I fit into this so I learned the language of business (accounting) and started my career at a consultancy. I was a sponge, immersing myself in business and entrepreneurship. I liked what I saw.

From there I’ve spent over a decade leading growth businesses. I’ve founded a strategy consultancy, transformed a mass customisation apparel start up into a tech company, raised multiple rounds, and worked alongside globally revered business leaders who acted as mentors and investors.

I led my last business to a $43m valuation before taking an early exit opportunity, driven by family reasons and the pandemic. The businesses I’ve led are known for their cultures of autonomy, candour, transparency and performance. I believe in logic, reasoning and facts over titles and personalities.

I’ve been insanely fortunate for the incredible people who, while at the top of their game, decided to invest in me as a young professional. I love that my work allows me to pay some of that forward, sharing what I’ve learned to turn talent into results.

I’ve batted well above my average, marrying my wife in December 2023 in Orlando, Florida. We split our time between Melbourne, Australia and Orlando, Florida.
