Our Founder

Grant isn’t just a consultant—he’s a builder of businesses, a leader of teams, and an architect of high performance. A rarity in consulting; he has personally overcome the challenges he helps others navigate, in the process creating value that transformed businesses and industries across four continents.

Grant has built, scaled, and exited multiple companies that have left a lasting impact. He has secured funding from world-renowned business titans like Robert Keane (VistaPrint) and Nigel Morris (Capital One) and led his most recent business to a $43 million valuation before a life-changing exit.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Psychometrist, and experienced leader, Grant combines deep expertise in strategy, operations, and human behavior with sharp financial acumen to dramatically improve performance in times of volatility and change.

Grant revolutionizes how businesses drive performance through talent. His ability to craft talent strategies based on client strengths and embed the ability to execute has led to dramatic improvements across his clients’ businesses. His approaches are evidence based, practical and feel human because they are and that’s a big part of why they work over time. He moves clients beyond a focus on ‘stars’ to creating highly effective teams.

During his time in the UK, Grant primarily advised large incumbents in the medical indemnity industry. His work enabled them to successfully fend off low-cost disruptors who were eroding their market share by driving innovation that significantly improved performance and customer value.

Grant has advised 100’s of clients, ranging from listed conglomerates to high-growth startups with product-market fit. Regardless of size, they all face the same core challenge: achieving exceptional performance in environments of rapid change and uncertainty.

Beyond business, Grant is an avid traveler, doing everything possible to avoid winter. He and his wife married in December 2023 in a beautiful ceremony in Orlando, Florida. Together, they split their time between Australia, the USA, and wherever clients and vacations take them. They also share their home with Winnie, a mischievous labradoodle who has dramatically reduced the size of Grant’s shoe collection.
